How do you use my personal information?

Your personal information is used only for the actions connected with your account (depositing, withdrawing funds, etc) and will never be available for ANY third parties, unless served with carefully verified subpoena. 

Your trading reports show the statistics, reflecting the capital of approximately $1mln, yet you claim to have over $50mln in operated funds. Can you explain this discrepancy?

The total amount traded by the company is split into several trading accounts to improve trade execution times and to ensure robust system expansibility. The reports shown, are those from only one of several company trading accounts. The data on this representative account are automatically populated via direct connection to IncoForex trading platform. The rest of the company trading accounts data is essentially the same as on our representative account available for public inspection.

Can I open more than one account?

Yes, you can, but in this case your secondary accounts can not be a referrals of any of you primary accounts and vise versa. This rule is in place to avoid program's referral system abuse, which is also a subject of continuous monitoring and of investigation.
In case you will be caught on fraudulent activity your account will be verified, referral comissions will be cancelled and $500 investigation fee will be deducted from your account.

What should I do if I lose my password?

How can I change my account data, password, etc?

To change any of your account information, you should login to your account and click the “Edit the profile” button.

I have read your "Investments Offer" section about profits distribution, but could you provide brief outline about how much can Investor earn with your program?

Yes, of course. We believe it is very important that company profits distribution information is provided to general public in greater details. However, your request is certainly a valid one and is expected. Depending on the amount deposited, investors should expect approximately 1% to 3% in daily earnings. These figures are historical averages and are based on prior trading performance.

What is the minimum and maximum deposit I can make?

The minimum deposit starts from $10 and has no maximum.

How much can I earn with IncoForex?

What e-currencies do you accept? Can I deposit funds by a credit card or a bank wire?

IncoForex accepts LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and ECU Money. You van also deposit funds by a wire transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards and checks.

Is it possible to deposit money via one payment provider and withdraw via another?

Yes, it may be possible, however if IncoForex representative suspects user in abusing this service, then this option may no longer be available on the account for security reasons. In such case, all future withdrawals will be only processed via the same payment system, as the original deposit was made with.

How can I make a deposit?

When will I start receiving profit?

Your profits will be available on your account the next day after making an investment and every 24 hours after that, except of non working days and select holidays, which will be announced.

Is my daily profit paid directly to my e-currency account?

No, profits will be credited to your account, under “balance available to withdraw” category. This balance can be accumulated, reinvested or withdrawn at any time. and you can withdraw them anytime. In most cases withdrawal requests, are processed instantly, but it may take up to 24 business hours.

What happens after 180 business day period ends?

At the end of the investment period, users can either request a withdrawal of their deposit principal, or reinvest it with IncoForex to continue receiving profits.

Can I make additional deposits to my IncoForex account?

Yes, you can make as many deposits as you wish.

Is compounding available for all investment plans?

Yes, you can choose the compounding option for all investment plans offered.

Do you offer an affiliate program?

Yes, under the auspices of promoting the excellence in investment services we are using referral commissions based affiliate program. We will pay 5% of valid deposits made by referred user to referring user.

How does your affiliate program work?

If you are a registered investor you can find you referral link within corresponding area of your account. If new investor registers at IncoForex using an exsistent user's referral link, referring user will automatically receive 5% of any deposit made by such new user. Referral commission money will be automatically credited to the “balance available to withdraw” of the referring account and can either be requested, or reinvested. Users without active deposits of their own, are also eligible for the 5% referral rewards.
