IncoForex.com is not a solicitation for investments and is available to the general public on "AS IS" basis. By opening the account, you are acknowledging that you are a qualified investor as determined by present Terms of Service. The use of personal account area of this website is restricted to program investors and to individuals personally invited by them. Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between the IncoForex Inc. and its qualified Investors.
As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.
You agree that all information, communications, materials coming from IncoForex.com are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitation unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.
All data provided by program participant to IncoForex.com will be kept in complete privacy and reasonably protected from access by any third party, using the latest and most advanced technologies available to program administration. However, IncoForex disclaims any liability for data loss, that may be a result of some “force majeure” events, which are beyond the control and influence of IncoForex.com.
You agree to hold all principals and investors harmless of any liability. You are investing at your own risk and you agree that past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance. You agree that all information, communications and materials you will find on this website are intended to be of an informational and educational matter and not an investment advice or solicitation.
We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the
program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice,
especially in order to protect the integrity and security of our
investors’ interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to

You are to guarantee to IncoForex.com that you will not use this website in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.
You agree to not post any negative remarks about IncoForex.com on public forums and on any other independent review websites without making prior reasonable attempt and effort to resolve the issues you may have, with the administration of IncoForex.com.
We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program and reported to corresponding authorities.
IncoForex.com reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership with or without explanation, at its own discretion.
Anti-Spam Policy
- We do not tolerate spam in any of its forms or methods.
- Any investor discovered to be spamming will have his or her memberships canceled and personal details forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
- Investors are allowed to post messages advertising our program only on appropriate forums or in chat rooms where such posting is explicitly allowed. In any other cases, such posting will be considered as spam and investors resorting to spamming will have their accounts canceled.
- In case if you plan to advertise our program on various forums and private groups where such posting is allowed, you are obligated to notify us about such posts.
Privacy Policy
We respect our customers’ right to privacy. Therefore, we will never sell, lease or provide in any form, the information collected from our customers to any third party. Program users are solely responsible for meeting any and all of their local financial rules and regulations and are advised to consult with their local qualified accountant services if in doubt.
